1. Services

Boostify provides digital marketing, web development, and SEO services. All services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the project-specific agreements.

2. Payments

Payment terms for services are specified in the individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work begins.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless specified otherwise, clients retain ownership of the final deliverables (websites, designs) once full payment has been received. Boostify retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Boostify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website performance.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of New Delhi.
